Welcome to Camp Flesland. Here you will find information about Camp Flesland and important rules that everyone must follow to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. Please read the rules carefully!
Security rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the facilities or by the entrances.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Guests must not damage or misuse the fire equipment.
Misconduct will be reported.
In the event of fire, raise the fire alarm and CALL 110.
If possible, close doors and windows when you leave your room.
If possible, try to extinguish the fire with the available fire equipment, BUT DO NOT TAKE ANY UNNECESSARY RISKS!
Start evacuation. Follow orders from authorised personnel.
Fire exits are for emergency only.
Go directly to the meeting point and await further instructions.
It is prohibited to use/sell drugs in the camp and it is prohibited to keep weapons in the camp. All attempts will be reported to the police.
Alcohol consumption is not allowed in any of the common areas.
Any violation of these rules will result in guests being asked to leave the camp.
General information
Cafeteria
Our chefs welcome you to the cafeteria every day.
Information about opening hours is to be found at the entrance of the cafeteria.
Clean and tidy
All guests are encouraged to keep the canteen clean and tidy.
It is not permitted to take cutlery and kitchenware outside the cafeteria.
Work clothes and shoes
We follow regulations stipulated by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority: Wearing work clothes or shoes in the cafeteria is not permtted.
Housekeeping
Our cleaners make sure all premises and rooms are nice and clean.
Laundry
It is possible to use the washing machines located at each facility.
Follow instructions displayed next to the machines.Departure
On the day of departure, all guests are asked to check-out before 11 AM.
Please let us know if there are any changes.
Luggage room
Ask us about luggage rooms, many of our facilities have this service available.
Quiet
Guests are expected to keep quiet between 23:00 and 05:00 hrs.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
The key
Room with code access: you will receive an SMS with further information on how to access your room.
Room with a key: you will receive an SMS with a PIN code, and the key can be collected from the key cabinet at the reception. The key must be returned to the key cabinet at check-out and placed in any available slot.
If a key or access card is issued, it must be returned upon departure.
A lost key or access card will incur a charge of NOK 1000,-.
Cafeteria
We follow the regulations of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, and therefore, work clothes and shoes are not allowed in the cafeteria.
Lunch boxes and backpacks must be left in the locker room.
Lunch is prepared during breakfast, and food wrapping paper/bags are available for all. Please follow the posted guidelines in the cafeteria.
It is not permitted to take cups, glasses, plates, or cutlery out of the cafeteria.
For hygiene reasons, filling bottles or thermoses with water, juice is not allowed.
Remember to wash your hands before entering the cafeteria.
The living quarters
Only the person(s) registered for a room are allowed to stay overnight. Short-term visits without overnight stays are permitted.
Please turn off lights and all electrical appliances when not in use, and ensure that windows and doors are closed/locked when leaving the room.
The tenant is responsible for handling the accommodation and its furnishings with care. The same applies to common areas and shared equipment.
Wearing shoes or work clothing in indoor common areas or living quarters is not permitted. Everyone must change into private clothing in the locker room, which is available in all the living quarters.
Cleaning
Bed linen and five towels are included in the room rental. Light cleaning, including fresh towels and trash removal, is done once per week. Full cleaning with a bed linen change is performed every two weeks.
For the room to be cleaned, surfaces that need to be cleaned must be free of personal belongings. If you find that your room has not been cleaned, you are welcome to tidy it up and then contact the reception, and we will come to clean the room.
Laundry
Washing machines are available for free use. They may only be used for private clothing – not workwear.
Please be considerate of others and remove your laundry as soon as possible after washing and drying, as many people share the machines.
Ensure that both the room and equipment are clean and tidy after use.
If you need to borrow an iron, you can contact our service staff.
Parking
Cars must be parked in designated parking spaces. Parking of trucks with trailers is not permitted in the parking areas.
EV chargers: Please contact the reception for information about available charging stations.
All idling is prohibited.
Lost items
Lost items will be kept by the cleaning staff. Items can be retrieved by contacting the reception within 14 days.
Violation of the rules
All possession, use, and distribution of drugs are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and a police report.
Alcohol is prohibited in all common areas, and violations may lead to expulsion.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors and in designated areas. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and violations will incur a fine of NOK 5,000.
It is NOT permitted to cover or remove the batteries from the smoke detector installed in the living quarters. Violations will result in a NOK 5,000,- fine and may lead to expulsion.
All fire alarms/detectors are directly connected to the fire department. In the event of a false alarm, the tenant will be charged for all associated emergency response costs.
It is strictly forbidden to bring in or store any form of weapons, explosives, or other hazardous materials. Violations will result in immediate expulsion and a police report.
Service staff must be treated with respect. Poor behavior towards service staff may result in expulsion.
Lost key will be charged NOK 1000,-.
